The average clementines import price stood at $1,175 per ton in 2022, surging by 8.9% against the previous year. Overall, the import price, however, saw a slight contraction. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2020 an increase of 25% against the previous year. The import price peaked at $1,299 per ton in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2022, import prices failed to regain momentum.
