The UK (X tonnes), Austria (X tonnes) and France (X tonnes) were the main destinations of tomato puree exports from Germany, with a combined X% share of total exports. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2017 when the average export price increased by X% year-to-year. The export price peaked at $X per tonne in 2019, and then declined in the following year.
There were significant differences in the average prices for the major export markets. In 2020, the country with the highest price was Hungary ($X per tonne), while the average price for exports to the Czech Republic ($X per tonne) was amongst the lowest.

The growth pace was the most rapid in 2015 with an increase of X% against the previous year. Imports peaked in 2020 and are likely to see steady growth in the immediate term.
