In Singapore, way-type unit head exports contracted by an average annual rate of -2.7% over the period from 2012-2021. The remaining exporting countries recorded the following average annual rates of exports growth: Malaysia (+14.5% per year) and Thailand (-8.0% per year).

The export price in ASEAN stood at $X per ton in 2021, with a decrease of -20% against the previous year. In general, the export price recorded a mild setback. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2014 an increase of 23%. The level of export peaked at $X per ton in 2019; however, from 2020 to 2021, the export prices failed to regain momentum.
