Taro (Cocoyam) Price in Spain (CIF) - 2023
The average taro (cocoyam) import price stood at $2,514 per ton in October 2023, falling by -7.6% against the previous month. Overall, import price indicated a notable expansion from October 2022 to October 2023: its price increased at an average monthly rate of +2.7% over the last twelve-month period. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on October 2023 figures, taro (cocoyam) import price decreased by -16.3% against August 2023 indices. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in February 2023 when the average import price increased by 64% against the previous month.
