Moreover, Singapore emerged as the fastest-growing exporter exported in the world, with a CAGR of +39.2% from 2012-2021. Italy experienced a relatively flat trend pattern. By contrast, Canada (-3.1%), the United States (-6.6%), Germany (-7.5%), the UK (-13.1%) and France (-15.6%) illustrated a downward trend over the same period. While the share of China (+38 p.p.), Taiwan (Chinese) (+4.1 p.p.), Singapore (+3.2 p.p.) and Turkey (+2.8 p.p.) increased significantly in terms of the global exports from 2012-2021, the share of the United States (-2.5 p.p.), the UK (-5.1 p.p.), Canada (-5.6 p.p.), Germany (-6.2 p.p.) and France (-17.1 p.p.) displayed negative dynamics. The shares of the other countries remained relatively stable throughout the analyzed period.
In value terms, the largest wood bending machine supplying countries worldwide were Germany ($X), Austria ($X) and China ($X), with a combined 60% share of global exports.
China, with a CAGR of +23.9%, recorded the highest growth rate of the value of exports, in terms of the main exporting countries over the period under review, while shipments for the other global leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

Over the period under review, imports, however, continue to indicate a pronounced slump. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2013 when imports increased by 47%. As a result, imports reached the peak of X units. From 2014 to 2021, the growth of global imports remained at a somewhat lower figure.
