By contrast, Canada (-3.1%), the United States (-6.6%), Germany (-7.5%), the UK (-13.1%) and France (-15.6%) illustrated a downward trend over the same period. While the share of China (+38 p.p.), Taiwan (Chinese) (+4.1 p.p.), Singapore (+3.2 p.p.) and Turkey (+2.8 p.p.) increased significantly in terms of the global exports from 2012-2021, the share of the United States (-2.5 p.p.), the UK (-5.1 p.p.), Canada (-5.6 p.p.), Germany (-6.2 p.p.) and France (-17.1 p.p.) displayed negative dynamics. The shares of the other countries remained relatively stable throughout the analyzed period.

In value terms, the largest wood bending machine supplying countries worldwide were Germany ($X), Austria ($X) and China ($X), with a combined 60% share of global exports.
