Brazil prevails in exports structure, finishing at X tons, which was approx. 94% of total exports in 2022. Uruguay (X tons) and Argentina (X tons) took a little share of total exports.

Exports from Brazil decreased at an average annual rate of -11.6% from 2012 to 2022. At the same time, Uruguay (+5.0%) displayed positive paces of growth. Argentina dominates imports structure, accounting for X tons, which was approx. 93% of total imports in 2022. It was distantly followed by Colombia (X tons), achieving a 5.3% share of total imports.

Argentina experienced a relatively flat trend pattern with regard to volume of imports of granite (crude). At the same time, Colombia (+18.4%) displayed positive paces of growth. Moreover, Colombia emerged as the fastest-growing importer imported in MERCOSUR, with a CAGR of +18.4% from 2012-2022.
