Thailand, with a CAGR of +26.7%, recorded the highest growth rate of the value of exports, among the main exporting countries over the period under review, while shipments for the other leaders experienced mixed trends in the exports figures.

In 2022, the export price in Asia amounted to $X per unit, increasing by 22% against the previous year. In general, the export price, however, continues to indicate a relatively flat trend pattern. There were significant differences in the average prices amongst the major exporting countries. In 2022, amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was South Korea ($X per unit), while China ($X per unit) was amongst the lowest.

The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2021 when imports increased by 19% against the previous year. Import Prices by Country

The import price in Asia stood at $X per unit in 2022, declining by -78.2% against the previous year. Overall, the import price showed a abrupt setback. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2013 when the import price increased by 31%. Over the period under review, import prices reached the peak figure at $X per unit in 2017; however, from 2018 to 2022, import prices remained at a lower figure.
