Among the main countries of destination, Argentina, with a CAGR of +8.8%, saw the highest rates of growth with regard to the value of exports, over the period under review, while shipments for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
Export Prices by Country
In 2022, the average photo-copying apparatus export price amounted to $X per unit, reducing by -14% against the previous year. In general, export price indicated prominent growth from 2012 to 2022: its price increased at an average annual rate of +5.6% over the last decade. In 2022, the amount of photo-copying apparatus imported into the United States declined dramatically to X units, shrinking by -27.6% against 2021. Overall, total imports indicated a perceptible expansion from 2012 to 2022: its volume increased at an average annual rate of +2.2% over the last decade. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2014 when imports increased by 31% against the previous year. Over the period under review, imports attained the maximum at X units in 2021, and then plummeted in the following year.
In value terms, photo-copying apparatus imports expanded markedly to $X in 2022. Over the period under review, total imports indicated measured growth from 2012 to 2022: its value increased at an average annual rate of +3.6% over the last decade. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on 2022 figures, imports increased by +62.0% against 2020 indices. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2021 with an increase of 51%. Over the period under review, imports hit record highs in 2022 and are expected to retain growth in the immediate term.
