From 2012 to 2021, the share of the United States, the Philippines, the Netherlands, Nigeria, Canada, the UK, the United Arab Emirates, Mexico and Spain increased by +19, +7.4, +4.8, +4.7, +3.4, +2.5, +1.9, +1.8 and +1.7 percentage points, respectively. The shares of the other countries remained relatively stable throughout the analyzed period.
