Sleeping Bag Price in Hong Kong SAR (CIF) - 2022

The average sleeping bag import price stood at $19 per unit in 2022, increasing by 27% against the previous year. Overall, the import price showed a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2015 when the average import price increased by 95%. The average sleeping bag export price stood at $26 per unit in 2022, surging by 14% against the previous year. Overall, the export price, however, showed a abrupt downturn. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2014 when the average export price increased by 107% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the average export prices attained the maximum at $50 per unit in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2022, the export prices failed to regain momentum.

Prices varied noticeably by country of destination: amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Japan ($68 per unit), while the average price for exports to the UK ($3.4 per unit) was amongst the lowest.

From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Poland (+18.4%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced a decline.

In 2022, the amount of sleeping bags imported into Hong Kong SAR declined markedly to 88K units, dropping by -30.2% on the previous year's figure. Overall, imports saw a deep slump.
