In December 2023, the average import price for fresh or chilled lamb carcasses and half-carcasseses amounted to $9,017 per ton, surging by 2.2% against the previous month. From December 2022 to December 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by France (+1.2%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced more modest paces of growth.
