The average export price for fertilizers, mineral or chemical; containing nitrates and phosphateses stood at $204 per ton in 2022, remaining stable against the previous year. Over the period from 2017 to 2022, it increased at an average annual rate of +3.6%. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2019 an increase of 20%. As a result, the export price reached the peak level of $207 per ton. From 2020 to 2022, the average export prices failed to regain momentum.
Average prices varied somewhat for the major overseas markets. In 2022, amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Kazakhstan ($255 per ton), while the average price for exports to Tajikistan totaled $200 per ton.
