Glass Fibre Voiles Price in Thailand (FOB) - 2021
The average glass fibre voiles export price stood at $3,362 per ton in December 2021, declining by -6% against the previous month. Over the period under review, the export price saw a relatively flat trend pattern. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in August 2021 an increase of 9.4% m-o-m. Over the period under review, the average export prices reached the peak figure at $3,683 per ton in October 2021; however, from November 2021 to December 2021, the export prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
Average prices varied noticeably for the major overseas markets. In December 2021, the country with the highest price was Pakistan ($3,405 per ton), while the average price for exports to Malaysia ($2,927 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From December 2020 to December 2021, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Pakistan (-0.1%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced a decline.
