The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2013 with an increase of 53%. Germany (X units), France (X units) and Italy (X units) were the main destinations of combined refrigerator-freezer exports from Poland, together comprising 40% of total exports. The UK, Spain, the Netherlands, Slovakia, Sweden, Ukraine, the Czech Republic, Portugal, Romania and Greece lagged somewhat behind, together accounting for a further 42%.

The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2021 an increase of 12%. The export price peaked in 2022 and is likely to see gradual growth in years to come.
Prices varied noticeably by country of destination: amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Germany ($X per unit), while the average price for exports to Ukraine ($X per unit) was amongst the lowest.

The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2021 with an increase of 19% against the previous year. As a result, imports attained the peak of X units, and then fell dramatically in the following year.
In value terms, combined refrigerator-freezer imports fell remarkably to $X in 2022. Overall, total imports indicated a perceptible expansion from 2012 to 2022: its value increased at an average annual rate of +4.8% over the last decade. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on 2022 figures, imports increased by +9.0% against 2018 indices. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2021 with an increase of 37% against the previous year. As a result, imports reached the peak of $X, and then dropped dramatically in the following year.

In 2022, China (X units) constituted the largest combined refrigerator-freezer supplier to Poland, with a 45% share of total imports. Moreover, combined refrigerator-freezer imports from China exceeded the figures recorded by the second-largest supplier, Turkey (X units), threefold. Romania (X units) ranked third in terms of total imports with a 17% share.
From 2012 to 2022, the average annual rate of growth in terms of volume from China amounted to +11.0%. The remaining supplying countries recorded the following average annual rates of imports growth: Turkey (+6.8% per year) and Romania (+1.7% per year).
In value terms, China ($X) constituted the largest supplier of combined refrigerators-freezers to Poland, comprising 53% of total imports. The second position in the ranking was held by Romania ($X), with a 12% share of total imports. It was followed by Turkey, with a 12% share.
From 2012 to 2022, the average annual rate of growth in terms of value from China amounted to +15.3%. The remaining supplying countries recorded the following average annual rates of imports growth: Romania (+4.6% per year) and Turkey (+3.9% per year).
Import Prices by Country
The average combined refrigerator-freezer import price stood at $X per unit in 2022, shrinking by -4.5% against the previous year. Over the last decade, it increased at an average annual rate of +1.6%. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2021 an increase of 15% against the previous year. As a result, import price attained the peak level of $X per unit, and then dropped slightly in the following year.
Prices varied noticeably by country of origin: amid the top importers, the country with the highest price was South Korea ($X per unit), while the price for Turkey ($X per unit) was amongst the lowest.
