France, Hong Kong SAR, Italy, Thailand, Viet Nam, Germany, Greece, the U.S., Serbia and Indonesia lagged somewhat behind, together accounting for a further X 2007 to 2020, the biggest increases were in Viet Nam (+X% per year), while shipments for the other leaders experienced mixed trend patterns.
