Russia represented the main exporting country with an export of about X tons, which accounted for X% of total exports. Kazakhstan (X tons) ranks second in terms of the total exports with a X% share, followed by Tajikistan (X%) and Belarus (X%). Moldova (X tons) took a relatively small share of total exports.
Exports from Russia decreased at an average annual rate of X% from 2012 to 2023. At the same time, Kazakhstan (X%), Moldova (X%) and Belarus (X%) displayed positive paces of growth. Moreover, Kazakhstan emerged as the fastest-growing exporter exported in the CIS, with a CAGR of X% from 2012-2023. By contrast, Tajikistan (X%) illustrated a downward trend over the same period. Kazakhstan (X p.p.), Tajikistan (X p.p.), Belarus (X p.p.) and Moldova (X p.p.) significantly strengthened its position in terms of the total exports, while Russia saw its share reduced by X% from 2012 to 2023, respectively.

Imports by Country
Russia represented the largest importer of non-alloy aluminium bars, rods and profiles in the CIS, with the volume of imports resulting at X tons, which was approx. X% of total imports in 2023. Kazakhstan (X tons) took the second position in the ranking, followed by Azerbaijan (X tons), Belarus (X tons), Armenia (X tons), Uzbekistan (X tons), Moldova (X tons) and Kyrgyzstan (X tons). All these countries together held near X% share of total imports.
