The average spices; turmeric (curcuma) import price stood at $2,337 per ton in 2021, with a decrease of -7.5% against the previous year. In general, the import price, however, recorded a tangible expansion. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2020 an increase of 92% against the previous year. As a result, import price reached the peak level of $2,526 per ton, and then contracted in the following year.
