In 2022, the average pumps; parts thereof import price amounted to $17,570 per ton, reducing by -12% against the previous year. Overall, the import price, however, showed a relatively flat trend pattern. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2018 an increase of 37% against the previous year. The import price peaked at $21,221 per ton in 2020; however, from 2021 to 2022, import prices failed to regain momentum.
Prices varied noticeably by country of origin: amid the top importers, the country with the highest price was France ($28,864 per ton), while the price for Hungary ($3,503 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Turkey (+9.0%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced more modest paces of growth.

The average pumps; parts thereof export price stood at $24,142 per ton in 2022, reducing by -1.7% against the previous year. In general, export price indicated a resilient expansion from 2012 to 2022: its price increased at an average annual rate of +6.4% over the last decade. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on 2022 figures, pumps; parts thereof export price decreased by -4.2% against 2020 indices. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2013 when the average export price increased by 32%. The export price peaked at $25,211 per ton in 2020; however, from 2021 to 2022, the export prices failed to regain momentum.
There were significant differences in the average prices for the major foreign markets. In 2022, amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Hungary ($32,738 per ton), while the average price for exports to Slovenia ($4,644 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Hungary (+23.2%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.

In 2022, approx. 4.4K tons of pumps; parts thereoves were imported into Serbia; therefore, remained relatively stable against 2021 figures. Overall, imports, however, continue to indicate a perceptible decrease. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2021 with an increase of 3.9%.
