In June 2023, the average stuffed pasta and couscous import price amounted to $3,594 per ton, jumping by 115% against the previous month. Overall, import price indicated a mild increase from June 2022 to June 2023: its price increased at an average monthly rate of +1.2% over the last twelve months. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on June 2023 figures, stuffed pasta and couscous import price decreased by -4.6% against April 2023 indices. Prices varied noticeably by the country of origin: the country with the highest price was the Netherlands ($9,319 per ton), while the price for Bulgaria ($1,065 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From June 2022 to June 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by the Netherlands (+6.6%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced more modest paces of growth.

The average stuffed pasta and couscous export price stood at $2,227 per ton in June 2023, reducing by -8.1% against the previous month. Overall, the export price showed a relatively flat trend pattern. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in September 2022 when the average export price increased by 23% month-to-month. The export price peaked at $2,559 per ton in April 2023; however, from May 2023 to June 2023, the export prices failed to regain momentum.
Prices varied noticeably by the country of destination: the country with the highest price was Cyprus ($4,127 per ton), while the average price for exports to Belgium ($1,733 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From June 2022 to June 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Albania (+2.5%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced mixed trend patterns.
Imports of Stuffed Pasta and Couscous in Greece
