In June 2023, the average import price for steel, stainless; cold-drawn or cold-rolled, tubes and pipes of circular cross-sectia amounted to $12,897 per ton, shrinking by -3.4% against the previous month. Over the period under review, import price indicated measured growth from December 2022 to June 2023: its price increased at an average monthly rate of +4.8% over the last six-month period. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on June 2023 figures, import price for steel, stainless; cold-drawn or cold-rolled, tubes and pipes of circular cross-sectia decreased by -11.0% against April 2023 indices. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in March 2023 when the average import price increased by 38% against the previous month. As there is only one major export destination, the average price level is determined by prices for the United States.
