The average export price for steel, alloy; angles, shapes and sectionses stood at $2,011 per ton in December 2023, with an increase of 40% against the previous month. Over the period under review, the export price, however, saw a abrupt decrease. Over the period under review, the average export prices attained the maximum at $6,842 per ton in December 2022; however, from January 2023 to December 2023, the export prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
