The average import price for lubricating preparations not for the treatment of materials stood at $13,365 per ton in October 2023, surging by 2.4% against the previous month. Over the period under review, the import price saw a relatively flat trend pattern. The growth pace was the most rapid in September 2023 when the average import price increased by 84% m-o-m. The import price peaked at $13,883 per ton in May 2023; however, from June 2023 to October 2023, import prices remained at a lower figure.
