In June 2023, the average inner tubes, of rubber export price amounted to $1.3 per unit, dropping by -6.4% against the previous month. In general, the export price recorded a slight reduction. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in February 2023 an increase of 10% against the previous month. Over the period under review, the average export prices attained the peak figure at $1.6 per unit in March 2023; however, from April 2023 to June 2023, the export prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
Prices varied noticeably by the country of destination: the country with the highest price was the United States ($2.1 per unit), while the average price for exports to Brazil ($906 per thousand units) was amongst the lowest.
From June 2022 to June 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Russia (+1.7%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.

In June 2023, the average inner tubes, of rubber import price amounted to $2.5 per unit, with a decrease of -26.5% against the previous month. Over the period under review, the import price, however, continues to indicate a relatively flat trend pattern. The growth pace was the most rapid in February 2023 when the average import price increased by 107% month-to-month. As a result, import price reached the peak level of $5.8 per unit. From March 2023 to June 2023, the average import prices remained at a somewhat lower figure.
Average prices varied noticeably amongst the major supplying countries. In June 2023, the country with the highest price was Vietnam ($1.4 per unit), while the price for Thailand totaled $1.4 per unit.
From June 2022 to June 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Vietnam (-1.2%).
Exports of Inner Tubes, of Rubber in China
For the fourth year in a row, China recorded growth in shipments abroad of inner tubes, of rubbers, which increased by 42% to 453M units in 2022. In general, exports enjoyed a significant expansion. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2021 when exports increased by 44% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the exports hit record highs in 2022 and are expected to retain growth in the immediate term.
