The average homogenised composite food preparations import price stood at $3,588 per ton in March 2023, shrinking by -7.3% against the previous month. From March 2022 to March 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Austria (+5.6%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced more modest paces of growth.

Over the period under review, the export price continues to indicate a perceptible decrease. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2013 when the average export price increased by 111%. As a result, the export price attained the peak level of $10,615 per ton. From 2014 to 2022, the average export prices remained at a somewhat lower figure.
