In July 2023, the average fruit, edible; durians, fresh export price amounted to $4,037 per ton, stabilizing at the previous month. In general, the export price, however, showed a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in September 2022 an increase of 11% month-to-month. The export price peaked at $5,038 per ton in March 2023; however, from April 2023 to July 2023, the export prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
There were significant differences in the average prices for the major export markets. In July 2023, the country with the highest price was China ($4,090 per ton), while the average price for exports to Malaysia totaled $1,167 per ton.
From July 2022 to July 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Malaysia (+1.2%).

The average fruit, edible; durians, fresh import price stood at $976 per ton in 2022, falling by -3.7% against the previous year. Overall, the import price faced a deep downturn.
