In September 2023, the average import price for cyclanic, cyclenic or cycloterpenic mono- or polyamines, and their derivatives and salts thereof amounted to $9,713 per ton, shrinking by -8.6% against the previous month. Over the period under review, import price indicated a temperate increase from September 2022 to September 2023: its price increased at an average monthly rate of +3.4% over the last twelve months. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on September 2023 figures, import price for cyclanic, cyclenic or cycloterpenic mono- or polyamines, and their derivatives and salts thereof increased by +15.2% against April 2023 indices. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in April 2023 an increase of 36% m-o-m. Over the period under review, average import prices reached the peak figure at $10,625 per ton in August 2023, and then contracted in the following month.
Prices varied noticeably by the country of origin: the country with the highest price was the UK ($17,179 per ton), while the price for Hungary ($4,840 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From September 2022 to September 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by the Netherlands (+8.4%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced more modest paces of growth.

In 2022, the average export price for cyclanic, cyclenic or cycloterpenic mono- or polyamines, and their derivatives and salts thereof amounted to $6,872 per ton, approximately equating the previous year. In general, the export price recorded a slight decrease. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2021 when the average export price increased by 77%. The export price peaked at $8,033 per ton in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2022, the export prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
There were significant differences in the average prices for the major overseas markets. In 2022, amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Russia ($10,711 per ton), while the average price for exports to Germany ($6,334 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Switzerland (+14.6%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.

Imports of cyclanic, cyclenic or cycloterpenic mono- or polyamines, and their derivatives and salts thereof into Poland reduced to 544 tons in 2022, waning by -11.1% on 2021 figures. In general, imports continue to indicate a slight setback. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2021 when imports increased by 21% against the previous year. As a result, imports reached the peak of $4.3M, and then declined in the following year.

In value terms, exports of cyclanic, cyclenic or cycloterpenic mono- or polyamines, and their derivatives and salts thereof declined markedly to $417K in 2022. Overall, exports showed a drastic downturn. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2021 with an increase of 28%.
