The average import price for cocoa beans; whole or broken, raw or roasteds stood at $3,609 per ton in October 2023, rising by 5.2% against the previous month. Over the period under review, import price indicated a noticeable expansion from October 2022 to October 2023: its price increased at an average monthly rate of +3.6% over the last twelve months. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on October 2023 figures, import price for cocoa beans; whole or broken, raw or roasteds increased by +45.8% against March 2023 indices.
