Preservative-Treated Rough Wood Price in Kazakhstan (CIF) - 2022
In 2022, the average preservative-treated rough wood import price amounted to $47 per cubic meter, surging by 47% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the import price, however, continues to indicate a abrupt descent. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2021 an increase of 90%. Over the period under review, average import prices reached the maximum at $241 per cubic meter in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2022, import prices remained at a lower figure.
As there is only one major supplying country, the average price level is determined by prices for Russia.

From 2015 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Tajikistan (-5.2%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced a decline.
Preservative-Treated Rough Wood Imports in Kazakhstan
In 2022, the amount of preservative-treated rough wood imported into Kazakhstan declined significantly to 14K cubic meters, with a decrease of -61.4% compared with 2021 figures.
