Loudspeaker Price in Latvia (CIF) - 2023

In September 2023, the average loudspeaker import price amounted to $149 per unit, surging by 33% against the previous month. Over the period under review, import price indicated pronounced growth from September 2022 to September 2023: its price increased at an average monthly rate of +2.4% over the last twelve-month period. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on September 2023 figures, loudspeaker import price increased by +58.8% against May 2023 indices. As a result, import price reached the peak level and is likely to continue growth in the immediate term.

Prices varied noticeably by the country of origin: the country with the highest price was France ($316 per unit), while the price for Sweden ($25.7 per unit) was amongst the lowest.

From September 2022 to September 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by China (+9.7%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced more modest paces of growth.

Loudspeaker Price in Latvia (FOB) - 2022

In 2022, the average loudspeaker export price amounted to $118 per unit, surging by 2.7% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the export price posted buoyant growth. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2019 an increase of 45% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the average export prices attained the peak figure at $145 per unit in 2020; however, from 2021 to 2022, the export prices remained at a lower figure.

There were significant differences in the average prices for the major export markets. In 2022, amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Belarus ($207 per unit), while the average price for exports to Poland ($34 per unit) was amongst the lowest.

From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Belarus (+19.7%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.

Loudspeaker Imports in Latvia

In 2022, loudspeaker imports into Latvia expanded significantly to 216K units, picking up by 11% against the previous year's figure. Overall, imports, however, faced a dramatic decline. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2020 with an increase of 93%. As a result, imports reached the peak of 962K units. From 2021 to 2022, the growth of imports remained at a somewhat lower figure.

In value terms, loudspeaker imports skyrocketed to $15M in 2022. In general, imports, however, saw a abrupt setback. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2020 with an increase of 72%. As a result, imports attained the peak of $47M. From 2021 to 2022, the growth of imports remained at a lower figure.

Loudspeaker Exports in Latvia

As a result, the exports attained the peak of 249K units. From 2021 to 2022, the growth of the exports remained at a lower figure.

In value terms, loudspeaker exports expanded significantly to $8.5M in 2022. In general, exports, however, showed a sharp slump. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2020 with an increase of 93%. As a result, the exports reached the peak of $36M. From 2021 to 2022, the growth of the exports remained at a lower figure.
