In 2016, the amount of amplifier imported worldwide amounted to X tonnes, approximately mirroring the previous year level. In general, amplifier imports continue to indicate a deep contraction. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2010, when import increased by X% from the previous year level. Global amplifier import peaked of X tonnes in 2007- however, from 2008 to 2016, it failed to regain its strength.
In value terms, amplifier imports amounted to $X in 2016. Overall, it indicated a noticeable expansion from 2007 to 2016: the total imports value decreased at an average annual rate of -X% over the last nine years. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations throughout the analyzed period. Based on the result of 2016, amplifier imports decreased by -X% against its level of 2014. Global amplifier import peaked of $X in 2014- however, from 2015 to 2016, it failed to regain its strength.

Amplifier Imports By Country
China (X tonnes) represented the largest importer of amplifier in the world, recording X tonnes, which was near X% of total imports in 2016. China, Hong Kong SAR (X tonnes) ranks second globally in amplifier imports with a X% share, following Germany (X%), and the U.S. (X%). The following importers - Mexico (X tonnes), Japan (X tonnes), the UK (X tonnes), Viet Nam (X tonnes), Singapore (X tonnes), the Netherlands (X tonnes), Indonesia (X tonnes), and South Korea (X tonnes) together made up X% of total imports.
From 2007 to 2016, average annual rates of growth with regard to amplifier imports into China stood at +X%. At the same time, Singapore (+X%), China, Hong Kong SAR (+X%), and Mexico (+X%) displayed positive paces of growth. Moreover, Singapore emerged as the fastest growing importer/exporter in the world, with a CAGR of +X% from 2007-2016. Germany, Viet Nam, and the Netherlands experienced a relatively flat trend pattern. By contrast, South Korea (-X%), Indonesia (-X%), the UK (-X%), Japan (-X%), and the U.S. (-X%) illustrated a downward trend over the same period. The U.S. (X%), and Japan (X%) significantly strengthened its position in terms of the global imports, while China, Hong Kong SAR, and China saw its share reduced by -X%, and -X% from 2007 to 2016, respectively. The shares of the other countries remained relatively stable throughout the analyzed period.
In value terms, the U.S. ($X), China ($X) and China, Hong Kong SAR ($X) constituted the countries with the highest levels of imports in 2016, with a combined X% share of global imports. These countries were followed by Germany, Japan, Mexico, the UK, South Korea, Viet Nam, the Netherlands, Singapore and Indonesia, which together accounted for a further X%.
Viet Nam (+X% per year) had the highest rates of growth with regard to the amplifier imports, in terms of the main importing countries, over the last X years, while the other global leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
Amplifier Import Prices By Country
The average amplifier import price stood at $X per kg in 2016, standing approx. at the previous year level. In general, amplifier import price continues to indicate a prominent expansion. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2012, when import increased by X% year-to-year. Global amplifier import peaked in 2016, and is likely to see steady growth in the near future.
Import prices varied noticeably by country of destination. the country with the highest import prices was the U.S. ($X per kg), while Indonesia ($X per tonne) was among the lowest.
From 2007 to 2016, the most notable growth rate of amplifier import prices was attained by the U.S. (+X% per year), while the other global leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
