In value terms, the largest turbines markets worldwide were Canada ($X), Switzerland ($X) and Germany ($X), with a combined X% share of global imports.Austria, Brazil, Italy, Spain, X, China, Czech Republic, Romania and India lagged somewhat behind, together comprising a further X%.
Czech Republic (+X% per year) experienced the highest rates of growth with regard to the turbines imports, among the main importing countries, over the last X years, while the other global leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
Turbines Import Prices By Country
The average turbines import price stood at $X per tonne in 2016, shrinking by -X% against the previous year. Over the period from 2007 to 2016 it increased at an average annual rate of +X most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2009, when import increased by X% against the previous year level.
