Exports from the United Arab Emirates

After five years of growth, shipments abroad of steam turbines and other vapor turbines decreased by X% to X units in 2022. Over the period under review, exports, however, continue to indicate significant growth. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2018 when exports increased by X%. The exports peaked at X units in 2021, and then reduced in the following year.

In value terms, steam turbine exports fell to $X in 2022. Overall, exports, however, saw a significant increase. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2014 when exports increased by X%. Over the period under review, the exports attained the maximum at $X in 2019; however, from 2020 to 2022, the exports stood at a somewhat lower figure.

Exports by Country

India (X units) was the main destination for steam turbine exports from the United Arab Emirates, accounting for a X% share of total exports. Moreover, steam turbine exports to India exceeded the volume sent to the second major destination, Saudi Arabia (X units), fourfold. The third position in this ranking was taken by China (X units), with a X% share.
