Mexico (6.6K tons), Canada (4.3K tons) and Japan (2.9K tons) were the main destinations of sausage exports from the United States, together comprising 77% of total exports.
From Jan 2022 to May 2022, the biggest increases were in Japan (with a CAGR of +24.1%), while shipments for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
In value terms, Canada ($21M), Mexico ($20M) and Japan ($11M) were the largest markets for sausage exported from the United States worldwide, together accounting for 76% of total exports.
