From 2017 to 2019, the growth exports failed to regain the momentum.

In value terms, carrot and turnip exports reduced to $X in 2019. Overall, exports, however, showed a significant increase. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2016 when exports increased by X% year-to-year. Exports peaked at $X in 2018, and then shrank in the following year.

The United Arab Emirates (X tonnes), Saudi Arabia (X tonnes) and Kuwait (X tonnes) were the main destinations of carrot and turnip exports from the Philippines, with a combined X% share of total exports.
