In 2021, the UK (X tons) constituted the largest supplier of roasted coffee to Ireland, with a 48% share of total imports. Moreover, roasted coffee imports from the UK exceeded the figures recorded by the second-largest supplier, Germany (X tons), twofold. France (X tons) ranked third in terms of total imports with a 21% share.
From 2012 to 2021, the average annual rate of growth in terms of volume from the UK amounted to +18.7%. The remaining supplying countries recorded the following average annual rates of imports growth: Germany (+10.8% per year) and France (+63.1% per year).
