North Macedonia, France, Croatia, Albania, Romania, Italy, Ireland, the UK and the Czech Republic lagged somewhat behind, together comprising a further X 2007 to 2020, the biggest increases were in Ireland (+X% per year), while shipments for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

In 2020, the average export price for household and sanitary articles of paper amounted to $X per tonne, increasing by X% against the previous year. In general, the export price, however, recorded a slight downturn. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2008 an increase of X% against the previous year. Over the period under review, average export prices reached the peak figure at $X per tonne in 2011; however, from 2012 to 2020, export prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
There were significant differences in the average prices for the major external markets. In 2020, the country with the highest price was Germany ($X per tonne), while the average price for exports to Romania ($X per tonne) was amongst the lowest.
From 2007 to 2020, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Italy, while the prices for the other major destinations experienced a decline.

Over the period under review, imports saw a abrupt slump. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2016 when imports increased by X% against the previous year. Imports peaked at X tonnes in 2007; however, from 2008 to 2020, imports stood at a somewhat lower figure.
In value terms, imports of household and sanitary articles of paper shrank to $X in 2020. Overall, imports showed a abrupt slump. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2016 when imports increased by X% year-to-year.
