The volume of export peaked at X tons in 2017; however, from 2018 to 2023, the exports stood at a somewhat lower figure.

In value terms, ferro-alloys exports reduced to $X in 2023. Over the period under review, exports, however, showed a mild descent. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2021 when exports increased by X% against the previous year. As a result, the exports attained the peak of $X. From 2022 to 2023, the growth of the exports remained at a lower figure.

In 2023, Russia (X tons) represented the main exporter of ferro-alloys, committing X% of total exports. Ukraine (X tons) ranks second in terms of the total exports with a X% share, followed by Poland (X%). The following exporters - Slovakia (X tons) and the Czech Republic (X tons) - together made up X% of total exports.

From 2012 to 2023, average annual rates of growth with regard to ferro-alloys exports from Russia stood at X%. At the same time, Poland (X%) displayed positive paces of growth. Moreover, Poland emerged as the fastest-growing exporter exported in Eastern Europe, with a CAGR of X% from 2012-2023. The Czech Republic experienced a relatively flat trend pattern. Export price indicated a modest expansion from 2012 to 2023: its price increased at an average annual rate of X% over the last eleven years. The volume of import peaked at X tons in 2014; however, from 2015 to 2023, imports stood at a somewhat lower figure.

In value terms, ferro-alloys imports fell remarkably to $X in 2023. In general, imports recorded a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2021 when imports increased by X% against the previous year. Over the period under review, imports reached the peak figure at $X in 2022, and then shrank significantly in the following year.
