The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2019 with an increase of 143%. As a result, imports reached the peak of X tons. From 2020 to 2022, the growth of imports remained at a lower figure.

Tajikistan (X tons) followed a long way behind the leaders.

In value terms, the largest moulds for metal importing markets in Central Asia were Uzbekistan ($X), Kazakhstan ($X) and Kyrgyzstan ($X), together comprising 88% of total imports.

Among the main importing countries, Kyrgyzstan, with a CAGR of +48.8%, saw the highest growth rate of the value of imports, over the period under review, while purchases for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
