Over the period under review, exports attained the peak figure at X units in 2018; however, from 2019 to 2020, exports remained at a lower figure.

In value terms, fork-lift truck exports fell to $X in 2020. Total exports indicated modest growth from 2007 to 2020: its value increased at an average annual rate of +X% over the last thirteen-year period. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on 2020 figures, exports decreased by -X% against 2018 indices. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2010 when exports increased by X% year-to-year. Over the period under review, exports reached the maximum at $X in 2018; however, from 2019 to 2020, exports stood at a somewhat lower figure.

China prevails in fork-lift truck exports structure, reaching X units, which was approx. X% of total exports in 2020. It was distantly followed by Viet Nam (X units), making up a X% share of total exports. Malaysia (X units) and Japan (X units) held a relatively small share of total exports.

Exports from China increased at an average annual rate of +X% from 2007 to 2020. At the same time, Viet Nam (+X%) and Malaysia (+X%) displayed positive paces of growth. Total imports indicated a notable increase from 2007 to 2020: its value increased at an average annual rate of +X% over the last thirteen-year period. Import Prices by Country

The fork-lift truck import price in Asia-Pacific stood at $X per unit in 2020, surging by X% against the previous year. Overall, the import price, however, recorded a mild setback. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2010 when the import price increased by X% y-o-y. Over the period under review, import prices attained the peak figure at $X per unit in 2011; however, from 2012 to 2020, import prices remained at a lower figure.

There were significant differences in the average prices amongst the major importing countries. In 2020, the country with the highest price was China ($X per unit), while Japan ($X per unit) was amongst the lowest.

From 2007 to 2020, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Taiwan (Chinese), while the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
