In September 2023, the average wood; clothes hangers export price amounted to $11,956 per ton, reducing by -9.7% against the previous month. Overall, export price indicated a perceptible increase from September 2022 to September 2023: its price increased at an average monthly rate of +2.1% over the last twelve months. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on September 2023 figures, wood; clothes hangers export price decreased by -12.3% against July 2023 indices. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in December 2022 when the average export price increased by 42% m-o-m. As a result, the export price attained the peak level of $14,236 per ton. From January 2023 to September 2023, the the average export prices remained at a somewhat lower figure.

Over the period under review, average import prices reached the peak figure at $10,852 per ton in February 2023; however, from March 2023 to September 2023, import prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
