In June 2022, the average seals; mechanical import price amounted to $306 per thousand units, picking up by 20% against the previous month. In general, the import price recorded a strong expansion. The growth pace was the most rapid in September 2021 when the average import price increased by 63% month-to-month. Over the period under review, average import prices attained the maximum in June 2022.

Prices varied noticeably by the country of origin: the country with the highest price was Germany ($313 per thousand units), while the price for China ($136 per thousand units) was amongst the lowest.

From June 2021 to June 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by India (+12.6%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced more modest paces of growth.
