In January 2024, the average import price for yarn of combed wool, not put up for retail sale amounted to $17,750 per ton, dropping by -6.7% against the previous month. Over the period under review, the import price showed a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in March 2023 an increase of 29% month-to-month. The import price peaked at $19,017 per ton in December 2023, and then declined in the following month.
