Overall, the import price saw a pronounced contraction. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in July 2023 when the average import price increased by 21% m-o-m. The import price peaked at $1,191 per ton in January 2023; however, from February 2023 to August 2023, import prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
