In 2022, the average import price for photographic plates, film, paper, paperboard and textiles, exposed but not developeds amounted to $3.3 per square meter, with a decrease of -14.3% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the import price, however, posted perceptible growth. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2020 when the average import price increased by 37% against the previous year. The import price peaked at $3.8 per square meter in 2021, and then reduced in the following year.

Average prices varied somewhat amongst the major supplying countries. In 2022, amid the top importers, the country with the highest price was Turkey ($3.6 per square meter), while the price for the United Arab Emirates totaled $2.8 per square meter.

From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Turkey (+19.6%).
