In 2022, the average import price for liquefied petroleum gases other than propane, butanes, ethylene, propylene, butylene or butadienes amounted to $6,921 per ton, increasing by 2.8% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the import price, however, saw a relatively flat trend pattern. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2014 an increase of 145% against the previous year. As a result, import price attained the peak level of $21,785 per ton. From 2015 to 2022, the average import prices failed to regain momentum.
