The average import price for iron ores and concentrates, agglomerated (excluding roasted iron pyrites) stood at $173 per ton in September 2023, picking up by 4.3% against the previous month. Overall, the import price, however, continues to indicate a relatively flat trend pattern. The growth pace was the most rapid in November 2022 an increase of 5% month-to-month. Over the period under review, average import prices attained the maximum at $22,801 per ton in February 2023; however, from March 2023 to September 2023, import prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.

As there is only one major supplying country, the average price level is determined by prices for Ukraine.

From September 2022 to September 2023, the rate of growth in terms of prices for Ukraine amounted to -0.9% per month.
