In September 2022, the average grapes; fresh or dried import price amounted to $5,726 per ton, reducing by -5.9% against the previous month. Over the last eight months, it increased at an average monthly rate of +2.4%. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in July 2022 when the average import price increased by 21% against the previous month. The import price peaked at $6,082 per ton in August 2022, and then reduced in the following month.

Prices varied noticeably by the country of origin: the country with the highest price was Australia ($12,474 per ton), while the price for South Africa ($1,802 per ton) was amongst the lowest.

From January 2022 to September 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Australia (+6.1%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced more modest paces of growth.

As a result, the export price reached the peak level of $5,279 per ton, and then shrank in the following month.
