The average export price for cheese, other than blue-veined, grated, powdered or processed stood at $4,454 per ton in December 2023, leveling off at the previous month. From December 2022 to December 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Mexico (-0.7%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced a decline.
