Price for Books, Brochures and Leaflets in Peru (CIF) - 2022
In 2022, the average books, brochures and leaflets import price amounted to $11,401 per ton, picking up by 7.9% against the previous year. Over the last decade, it increased at an average annual rate of +1.3%. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2016 when the average import price increased by 18%. As a result, import price reached the peak level of $11,651 per ton. From 2017 to 2022, the average import prices remained at a somewhat lower figure.
Prices varied noticeably by country of origin: amid the top importers, the country with the highest price was Colombia ($20,302 per ton), while the price for Brazil ($7,344 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by the United States (+7.1%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced more modest paces of growth.

The average books, brochures and leaflets export price stood at $3,275 per ton in 2022, waning by -10.7% against the previous year. There were significant differences in the average prices for the major external markets. In 2022, amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Mexico ($11,474 per ton), while the average price for exports to Trinidad and Tobago ($1,624 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Mexico (+12.0%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.
