In December 2023, the average export price for aluminium; foil, (not backed), of a thickness not exceeding 0.2mm, not rolleds amounted to $10,972 per ton, picking up by 3.9% against the previous month. In general, the export price continues to indicate a relatively flat trend pattern. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in April 2023 an increase of 7.6% against the previous month. As a result, the export price attained the peak level of $11,297 per ton. From May 2023 to December 2023, the the average export prices remained at a lower figure.

Prices varied noticeably by the country of destination: the country with the highest price was Argentina ($15,873 per ton), while the average price for exports to Serbia ($7,871 per ton) was amongst the lowest.

From December 2022 to December 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Germany (+1.7%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.
